• Arriving by Air (IAD & DCA):

  • Reagan National (DCA): The Rental Car Center is located on-site at Garage A. If you land at Terminal 2, you can take a pleasant 10-minute walk through the climate-controlled pedestrian walkways, or grab the free airport shuttle that stops outside every terminal bag claim.

  • Dulles International (IAD): Rental counters are located away from the main terminal. Once you grab your luggage, follow the signs for "Ground Transportation" out the doors to the lowest level, where dedicated, free 24/7 rental car shuttles will take you directly to your specific agency's lot.

• Arriving by Train (Union Station):

  • The car rental counters are conveniently located directly inside the Union Station Parking Garage. Just follow the internal station signs up to the garage level to pick up your vehicle right after stepping off your Amtrak train.

• Compare Rates: If your travel plans are flexible, check rental rates across both the airports and Union Station. Because city concession fees and local taxes vary by location, switching your pick-up spot can sometimes save you a significant amount.

• Book in Advance: June is a popular travel season in the DMV area, so we highly recommend reserving your vehicle well ahead of time to guarantee availability and secure the best rates!
